Before you list with me- let's chat about YOUR needs (why you want to sell, not just what you want to sell for). This will help me to put together a customized marketing plan for you and to effectively negotiate on your behalf. Once you approve the marketing plan we can get you listed. I will enter your home in the Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) database so that other agents can immediately access your property information by computer. I will regularly publish in magazines, local newspapers, on social media and direct mail pieces to reach potential buyers.
